Astro Legacy Mobile iOS EULA
1. License
Astro Legacy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the iOS app on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the App Store rules.
2. Permitted use
The app is licensed for personal use to access astrological charting, transits, and written interpretations within the supported mobile flow.
3. Restrictions
You may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from the app except as permitted by applicable law.
4. Subscription and billing
Any in-app subscription on iOS is billed and managed through Apple. Renewal, cancellation, and billing support follow the rules of the App Store ecosystem.
5. Service dependency
App functionality depends on Astro Legacy backend availability and may also depend on third-party infrastructure or purchase services.
6. Warranty and liability
The app is provided without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Liability is limited as described in the Mobile Terms of Use.
7. Apple relationship
Apple is not responsible for the app content, maintenance, support, or claims except as required under applicable law and App Store rules.
